Cost of travel to and from your home or chosen community setting (such as school or daycare), up to 45 minutes.
Provision of progress reports, assessment reports, plan review reports, assistive technology or AAC reports etc.
Please contact us, or your child's GP, if you would like more information on how to use a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan for a rebate on your sessions. Additionally, please contact us if you are private paying and plan to use private health insurance toward your session/s.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the time of your appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment without providing prior notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations of between 24 hours-48 hours before the time of your appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee. We may, at our sole discretion, agree to waive all or part of your cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances.
Prompt/same day payment is appreciated. Payment is required within 7 days of the service being provided unless otherwise arranged prior to your session.
